Ingredients
- dried Clove1
- Honey and water syrup10 ml
- Sloe Gin15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Top up with Rosé champagne
Method
- Add dried clove, honey and water syrup, sloe gin, and fresh lemon juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with top up with rosé champagne
