Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Ginger and lemongrass cordial22.5 ml
- Krupnik liqueur15 ml
- Passionfruit liqueur7.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Pineapple Juice30 ml
- Creole bitters2 dash
- Top up with Ginger ale
Method
- Add gin, ginger and lemongrass cordial, krupnik liqueur, passionfruit liqueur, fresh lime juice, pineapple juice, and creole bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with top up with ginger ale
