Ingredients
- Scotch Whisky30 ml
- Honey herbal liqueur30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice25 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake scotch whisky, honey herbal liqueur, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
