Ingredients
- Gin2 oz
- Lemon1 oz
- Powdered sugar1 tsp
- Egg1 oz
- Carbonated water1 oz
Method
- Dry-shake gin, lemon, powdered sugar, egg, and carbonated water in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled highball glass
