Ingredients
- Red bitter liqueur45 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup20 ml
- Grapefruit Juice20 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake red bitter liqueur, rich simple syrup, grapefruit juice, fresh lime juice, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
