- Raspberry syrup10 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rosé champagne105 ml
Method
- Add gin, raspberry syrup, and fresh lemon juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Top with rosé champagne
