- Dry Vermouth60 ml
- Bénédictine D.O.M.15 ml
- Manzanilla sherry15 ml
- Absinthe4 dash
- Lactic acid solution10 drop
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Add dry vermouth, bénédictine d.o.m., manzanilla sherry, absinthe, lactic acid solution, and saline solution 4:1 to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
