Ingredients
- Amaro (e.g. Meletti)30 ml
- Red bitter liqueur7.5 ml
- Cold brew coffee30 ml
- Pineapple Juice22.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Brown sugar5 ml
- Saline solution 4:14 drop
Method
- Add amaro (e.g. meletti), red bitter liqueur, cold brew coffee, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, brown sugar, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
