Ingredients
- Amaro (e.g. Averna)45 ml
- Ginger liqueur22.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Sparkling Water50 ml
Method
- Add amaro (e.g. averna), ginger liqueur, and fresh lime juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
