Ingredients
- Fino sherry30 ml
- Gentian liqueur15 ml
- Blue curaçao liqueur20 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Pineapple Juice45 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
Method
- Add fino sherry, gentian liqueur, blue curaçao liqueur, rich simple syrup, pineapple juice, and fresh lemon juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
