Pro Tips
- A Manhattan made with Scotch — stirred, not shaken.
- Use a mild blended Scotch (Monkey Shoulder, Famous Grouse); Islay overwhelms.
- A cherry garnish is traditional; a flamed orange peel is a modernist flex.
