Ingredients
- Vodka75 ml
- Olive brine10 ml
- Dry Vermouth5 ml
- Roasted duck fat wash3 dash
Method
- Add vodka, dry vermouth, and roasted duck fat wash to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with olive brine
