Ingredients
- Scotch whisky45 ml
- Pedro Ximénez sherry20 ml
- Gentian liqueur15 ml
- Chocolate bitters1 dash
- inch Vanilla pod1
Method
- Add scotch whisky, pedro ximénez sherry, gentian liqueur, chocolate bitters, and inch vanilla pod to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
