Ingredients
- Old Tom Gin45 ml
- Gentian liqueur15 ml
- Americano bianco15 ml
- Rhubarb bitters15 ml
Method
- Add old tom gin, gentian liqueur, americano bianco, and rhubarb bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
