Ingredients
- Scotch whisky40 ml
- Pear and cognac liqueur22.5 ml
- Viognier white wine30 ml
- Vanilla sugar syrup5 ml
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
Method
- Add scotch whisky, pear and cognac liqueur, viognier white wine, vanilla sugar syrup, and saline solution 4:1 to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
