Ingredients
- Gin2 oz
- Aperol1/2 oz
- Rhubarb bitters, Fee Brothers1/4 oz
- Lime juice1/4 oz
- Ginger ale1 oz
Method
- Add gin, aperol, rhubarb bitters, fee brothers, and lime juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Top with ginger ale
