Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Manzanilla sherry22.5 ml
- Rhubarb syrup10 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice10 ml
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
Method
- Add gin, manzanilla sherry, rhubarb syrup, fresh lemon juice, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
