Ingredients
- fresh Mint leaves8
- Bourbon whiskey60 ml
- Peach liqueur22.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Ginger beer60 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add bourbon whiskey, peach liqueur, and fresh lemon juice
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into collins glass
- Top with ginger beer
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
