Ingredients
- Fino sherry37.5 ml
- Cynar/carciofo amaro37.5 ml
- Gin22.5 ml
Method
- Add fino sherry, cynar/carciofo amaro, and gin to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
