Ingredients
- Gin60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Aromatic bitters4 dash
- Sparkling Water22.5 ml
Method
- Add gin, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, and aromatic bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
