Ingredients
- Scotch whisky60 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh30 ml
- Cherry brandy30 ml
Method
- Add scotch whisky and red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with cherry brandy
