Ingredients
- Scotch whisky45 ml
- Ruby port22.5 ml
- Cynar/carciofo amaro22.5 ml
- Creole bitters2 dash
Method
- Add scotch whisky, ruby port, cynar/carciofo amaro, and creole bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
