Ingredients
- Rye whiskey 50% abv52.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Absinthe3 dash
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake rye whiskey 50% abv, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, absinthe, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
