Ingredients
- fresh Raspberries10
- Gin60 ml
- Raspberry liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice45 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Orange Bitters3 dash
- Sparkling Water22.5 ml
Method
- Add fresh raspberries, gin, raspberry liqueur, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and orange bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
