Ingredients
- Sage gin45 ml
- Ambrato vermouth25 ml
- Rubino/Rosso/Rojo vermouth25 ml
- Ginger liqueur5 ml
- Ginger bitters4 drop
Method
- Muddle sage gin in coupe glass
- Add ambrato vermouth, rubino/rosso/rojo vermouth, ginger liqueur, and ginger bitters
- Fill with ice and stir
