Ingredients
- Tsipouro60 ml
- Mastiha liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup12.5 ml
- Egg White20 ml
- Yoghurt (natural)2 barspoon
- Sparkling Water100 ml
Method
- Dry-shake tsipouro, mastiha liqueur, fresh lemon juice, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, egg white, and yoghurt (natural) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
