Ingredients

  • Gin2 oz
  • Fresh Lemon Juice0.5 oz
  • Fresh Lime Juice0.5 oz
  • Simple Syrup0.5 oz
  • Egg White1 white
  • Orange Flower Water3 drops
  • Heavy Cream2 oz
  • Soda Water2 oz

Method

  1. In a shaker, combine 2 oz gin
  2. Add 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  3. Add 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  4. Add 0.5 oz simple syrup
  5. Add 1 egg white
  6. Add 3 drops orange flower water
  7. Add 2 oz heavy cream
  8. Shake for 12 minutes (traditionally)
  9. Add soda water and stir gently
  10. Serve in tall glass with thick foam head
