Ingredients
- Scotch whisky30 ml
- Red bitter liqueur30 ml
- Cynar/carciofo amaro30 ml
- Absinthe2 dash
Method
- Add scotch whisky, red bitter liqueur, cynar/carciofo amaro, and absinthe to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
