Ingredients
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh50 ml
- Peated malt whisky10 ml
- Clove and quince syrup20 ml
- Orinoco bitters2 dash
Method
- Add red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, peated malt whisky, clove and quince syrup, and orinoco bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
