Ingredients
- Gin30 ml
- Dry Vermouth30 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh30 ml
Method
- Add gin, dry vermouth, and red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
