Ingredients
- German amaro50 ml
- Berry fruit tea (cold)25 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice25 ml
- Maple syrup12.5 ml
- Blackcurrant jam (preserve)1 barspoon
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add german amaro, berry fruit tea (cold), fresh lemon juice, maple syrup, and blackcurrant jam (preserve)
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
