- Pedro Ximénez sherry10 ml
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
Method
- Add bourbon whiskey, amaro (e.g. averna), pedro ximénez sherry, and aromatic bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
