Ingredients
- Honey2 barspoon
- Bourbon whiskey60 ml
- fresh Passion fruit2
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Grenadine syrup15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake honey, bourbon whiskey, fresh passion fruit, fresh lemon juice, grenadine syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
