- Vanilla Vodka1.75 oz
- Passion Fruit Liqueur0.5 oz
- Passion Fruit Purée1 oz
- Fresh Lime Juice0.5 oz
- Vanilla Syrup0.25 oz
- Champagne2 oz
- Passion Fruit0.5 piece
Method
- Add vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur, passion fruit purée, lime juice, and vanilla syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard and double strain into chilled coupe
- Float half a passion fruit on top
- Serve with a shot glass of chilled Champagne alongside
