Ingredients
- fresh Basil leaves8
- fresh Mint leaves4
- Gin45 ml
- Coconut liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Absinthe2 dash
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
- Prosecco10 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add gin, coconut liqueur, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, absinthe, and saline solution 4:1
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
- Top with prosecco
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves and fresh mint leaves
