Ingredients
- Citrus vodka30 ml
- Elderflower liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- fresh Mint leaves5
- Top up with Brut sparkling wine
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add citrus vodka, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
- Top with top up with brut sparkling wine
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
