Ingredients
- 1⁄2 fresh Rosemary sprig
- Grapefruit vodka30 ml
- Elderflower liqueur15 ml
- Grapefruit Juice15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
Method
- Add grapefruit vodka, elderflower liqueur, grapefruit juice, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with 1⁄2 fresh rosemary sprig
