Ingredients
- Amontillado sherry30 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Meletti)30 ml
- Gin15 ml
- Chilli liqueur7.5 ml
- Chocolate bitters4 drop
Method
- Add amontillado sherry, amaro (e.g. meletti), gin, chilli liqueur, and chocolate bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
