Ingredients
- Bourbon whiskey60 ml
- Apricot liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake bourbon whiskey, apricot liqueur, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupette glass
