Ingredients

  • Gin1.5 oz
  • Applejack0.5 oz
  • Fresh Lemon Juice0.5 oz
  • Grenadine0.5 oz
  • Egg White1 piece
  • Maraschino Cherry1 piece

Method

  1. Dry shake gin, applejack, lemon, grenadine, and egg white
  2. Add ice and shake hard again
  3. Double strain into chilled coupe
  4. Garnish with maraschino cherry
