Ingredients
- Bourbon whiskey50 ml
- Pineapple liqueur40 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice20 ml
- Vanilla liqueur5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake bourbon whiskey, pineapple liqueur, fresh lemon juice, vanilla liqueur, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
