Ingredients
- Pineapple and chili vodka45 ml
- Pineapple Juice30 ml
- Pineapple liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Absinthe2.5 ml
Method
- Add pineapple and chili vodka, pineapple juice, pineapple liqueur, fresh lime juice, and absinthe to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
