Ingredients
- Gin52.5 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh30 ml
- Kirschwasser7.5 ml
- Orange Bitters1 dash
Method
- Add gin, red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, kirschwasser, and orange bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
