Ingredients
- Irish whiskey60 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- pinch Pickle salt1
Method
- Dry-shake irish whiskey, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with pinch pickle salt
