Ingredients
- Scotch whisky30 ml
- Peated malt whisky20 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice20 ml
- Ginger liqueur15 ml
- Honey and water syrup15 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Montenegro)5 ml
Method
- Add scotch whisky, peated malt whisky, fresh lemon juice, ginger liqueur, honey and water syrup, and amaro (e.g. montenegro) to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
