Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Calvados apple brandy22.5 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh22.5 ml
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
- Water10 ml
Method
- Add gin, calvados apple brandy, red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, aromatic bitters, and water to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
