- Vodka30 ml
- Elderflower liqueur30 ml
- Poire William30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Top up with Soda water
Method
- Add vodka, elderflower liqueur, poire william, and fresh lemon juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with top up with soda water
