Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Elderflower liqueur30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake gin, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, fresh lime juice, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
