Ingredients
- Absinthe30 ml
- Peach liqueur30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)30 ml
Method
- Dry-shake absinthe, peach liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled wine glass
