Ingredients
- Absinthe2.5 ml
- Gin45 ml
- Spiced Pear liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Celery bitters3 dash
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
Method
- Add absinthe, gin, spiced pear liqueur, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, celery bitters, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
